Rudraksha

Rudraksha is a seed that is traditionally used for prayer beads in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is believed to have spiritual and healing properties, and is often worn as a necklace or bracelet. The word "rudraksha" comes from the Sanskrit words "Rudra" (another name for Lord Shiva) and "aksha" (tear), and is said to be the tears of Lord Shiva.
Each bead has a unique number of "mukhis" or facets, and different mukhis are associated with different benefits and deities. The wearing of Rudraksha beads is said to bring about a sense of calm, protection, and spiritual well-being. Many people also believe that the beads can help in balancing the chakras and promoting overall health.
These beads are often used in meditation and prayer practices, as they are believed to help the mind focus and achieve a deeper state of consciousness. Additionally, rudraksha beads are also worn as a form of protection and to ward off negative energies.
